ResMed is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Supply Chain to shape, deliver and continuously improve an assigned digital supply chain capability.
The role serves as the business-facing product lead, connecting process, technology and data to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value.
The Product Manager owns the product vision, roadmap, priorities and outcomes, working across operational, process and technology teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. The assigned capability may evolve in line with business priorities and the Digital Supply Chain roadmap.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Value
Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with Digital Supply Chain strategy and business needs.
Prioritise investments and enhancements based on business value, user needs, operational risk and dependencies
Define product KPIs and monitor adoption, performance and value realisation with respective Value Stream Owners or Global Process Owners.
2. Product Discovery, Process & Requirements
Lead product discovery with users, process owners and subject matter experts, applying relevant supply chain domain knowledge to understand operational needs, challenge assumptions and assess end-to-end impacts.
Provide direction into future-state process design and process-flow mapping, while detailed process mapping remains accountable to the appropriate process owner or supporting resource.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, capabilities, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing global standards with justified regional, regulatory and site requirements.
3. Design & Project Delivery
Facilitate key strategic, product, process and solution-design decisions, bringing together business, process, data and technology stakeholders.
Partner with Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, architects, delivery teams, vendors and system integrators to deliver product capabilities from discovery and design through build, configuration, testing, validation, deployment and stabilisation.
Manage product dependencies, defect prioritisation and business acceptance of delivered capability.
4. Adoption and Product Lifecycle
Own product adoption and value-realisation outcomes in partnership with Value Stream owners, Process Owners, Change, Training and Operational teams.
Manage product enhancements, releases, operational issues, technical debt and continuous-improvement priorities.
Ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, data governance and enterprise architecture requirements.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of relevant experience across supply chain operations, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
Strong practical knowledge of at least one relevant business domain, such as manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, maintenance and asset management, planning, sourcing, enterprise business processes or master data.
Demonstrated experience independently managing a digital product or enterprise capability through discovery, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to act as the business-facing product lead, challenge assumptions and represent operational priorities in technology and solution-design decisions.
Experience translating complex operational needs into clear process, functional, data and integration requirements, product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions or sites and partnering with operational teams, technology teams, vendors and system integrators.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.
Preferred
Direct experience with one or more enterprise platforms, such as MES/MOM, WMS/WES, CMMS/EAM or ERP, and their integration with automation, IoT, mobile solutions or data and analytics platforms.
Experience supporting multi-site deployments, global templates or process-standardisation initiatives.
Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled industry, including validation and controlled-change practices.
Experience managing software vendors, system integrators or strategic technology partners.
