We specialize in producing high‑performance filler metals—including metal‑cored, flux‑cored, solid wire, aluminum, and stick electrodes—that set the bar for quality, weldability, and reliability. We pair innovation with a uniquely collaborative culture, partnering directly with end users to solve complex welding challenges and elevate productivity.

We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Product Manager to help us continue leading the industry.

As the primary partner to our sales team and a key strategic influencer in the division, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and results for our product line. Your work will directly influence growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the entire enterprise.

What You’ll Do
• Lead Product Strategy & Market Positioning
• Own the Product Lifecycle
• Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Support Sales & Elevate Customer Engagement
• Influence Strategic Planning
• Travel up to 30%

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant experience (non-software products)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven track record of successful product commercialization
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools

Compensation Information:

Compensation for this role will be market competitive. Actual compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
