The Role:

Own product operations, ensuring features are defined, tracked throughout the product lifecycle and delivered across cross-functional teams.

Translate market and customer insights into product features, while triaging, planning and coordinating special customer projects.

Partner with Engineering, Industrialisation, Production and Marketing to optimise product lifecycle processes and drive efficient product delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Own the operational delivery of product management, ensuring features progress from validated requirements through development, industrialisation and commercialisation.

Drive cross-functional alignment, maintain product data integrity and coordinate timely delivery across the product lifecycle.

Act as the day-to-day product decision-maker within defined boundaries, enabling the Product team to scale beyond a single Product Manager.

What you'll bring:

Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements definition and engineering handover through to delivery validation, commercial launch and ongoing product documentation.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Industrialisation, Production, Marketing and Sales, while managing Jira backlog integrity, product enquiries and non-standard sales opportunities.

Support successful product adoption by communicating complex technical architectures, ensuring launch readiness, providing pre-sales support and representing the product in customer discussions and at trade shows.

You'll be a great fit with:

Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Microengineering or a related technical discipline, with the ability to make product decisions autonomously within defined boundaries.

Strong technical, commercial and customer-facing communication skills, with experience discussing complex hardware products and representing products in pre-sales meetings and trade shows.

Advanced Jira expertise, manufacturing and industrialisation knowledge, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and a genuine curiosity for deep-tech and quantum technologies.

Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
