Location - Chennai

 Role Description

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (SAFe framework preferred).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Product backlog management and prioritization
• Design creation and review process
• PI Planning sessions
• Banking domain experience of 2–3 years is preferred, ideally in:
• Commercial Banking
• Corporate Banking
• Business Banking
• SME Banking
• Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, or Trade Finance is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Product Launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product Adoption is good to have.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
