Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Product & User Insights Analyst to join their team of staff in the Marketing department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• You plan and conduct qualitative user research, including interviews, usability testing and surveys, selecting appropriate methodologies for the question being explored.
• You track and analyse agreed product KPIs and performance measures, including areas such as conversion, engagement and retention.
• You support and deliver A/B testing, experimentation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) activity across relevant digital journeys.
• You translate user research, behavioural data and product performance into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• You create and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide teams with clear visibility of product and user performance.
• You turn complex research and data into compelling, accessible stories that clearly explain the user problem, evidence and potential opportunity.
• You work closely with Product Owners, UX professionals and other Product & Digital colleagues throughout the product lifecycle.
• You ensure user research and analysis is undertaken appropriately within a healthcare environment and in accordance with relevant organisational policies.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Around 2-4 years’ relevant experience within product analytics, UX research, digital insight or a comparable role.
• Practical experience using GA4 and product or behavioural analytics tools.
• Strong quantitative data analysis skills with the ability to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end UX research, including interviews, usability testing and/or surveys.
• Experience using user research platforms such as Userlytics, UserTesting or equivalent.
• Experience combining qualitative research with quantitative behavioural data to produce actionable insight.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing and/or CRO methodologies.
• Understanding of product metrics, user journeys, funnels and digital performance measurement.
• Experience working within Product teams and Agile environments.
• Strong communication, insight storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence presenting evidence and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior colleagues.
