The Product Analyst II – Digital Transformation advances SCRI’s digital strategy by translating business needs into practical technology solutions. Serving as a bridge between business and IT teams, this role supports process improvement, data integrity, and AI-enabled transformation within SCRI Development Innovations. The position emphasizes hands-on delivery, rapid experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote position based in the US: relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements and lead initiatives from problem discovery through pilot delivery.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities and develop, test, and refine prototypes and solutions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specifications; support backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT.
- Ensure solutions align with data, integration, 21 CFR Part 11, and responsible AI requirements.
- Support change management, documentation, user adoption, and reusable digital/AI solutions.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, data governance, interoperability, and regulatory requirements within clinical research.
- Familiarity with AI agents, automation tools, APIs, coding concepts, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with research technologies such as Veeva, Medidata, or Oracle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, or Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, requirements, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and evaluate AI-enabled or low/no-code proofs of concept and assess business value and ROI.

- Translate digital and AI strategy into executable solutions and measurable results.
- Collaborate effectively with leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user and system feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of product or business analysis experience in digital transformation environments.
- Experience supporting healthcare or life sciences technology/product initiatives.
- Demonstrated success driving technology adoption and identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities.
- Hands-on experience developing or piloting low/no-code, AI-enabled, or other proof-of-concept solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience communicating progress, ROI, and outcomes to leadership.
