The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Procurement Source to Contract Process Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Streamline procurement processes by designing, standardizing, and deploying efficient end-to-end procurement workflows across global, regional, and local environments.
• Drive cost reduction and value maximization by identifying process gaps, improving efficiencies, and implementing best practices that enhance procurement performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using analytics, benchmarking, and industry insights to measure effectiveness and support informed decision-making.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by partnering with business stakeholders, suppliers, IT teams, and regional teams to ensure procurement processes and systems deliver enterprise-wide value.
• Support innovation and technology adoption by developing procurement requirements for systems, tools, and applications that enable global procurement operations.
• Enable change management and capability building by creating process documentation, training materials, and adoption programs to support successful implementation and sustainable change.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). 
• Over 8 years of experience in procurement operations, process optimization, and global procurement environments.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proven experience in strategic thinking, global procurement process design, process management, and driving initiatives aligned with 3M’s strategic goals.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enable sustainable procurement operations.
•  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams, influence stakeholders, drive change adoption, and support EMEA and USAC teams across time zones when required

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
