What are we looking for? Ability to establish strong client relationship• The Category Management Associate is responsible for supporting the delivery of External Talent Category management services to customers including but not limited to stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, price management, savings or compliance reporting, continuous improvement and ongoing cost reductions, supply market monitoring, and issue resolution. This employee will be responsible for drafting, updating and training for various unique Category processes, procedures and related deliverables. In addition,
Roles and Responsibilities: • Roles and Responsibilities: • Contract management • Negotiation • Strategic sourcing , RFX, Auctions • • Global vendor and stakeholder management • Good proficiency in working on all tools and platforms like • ARiba, SAP, Jagger, etc • Familiar with PRPO process • Vendor onboarding, vendor due diligence, vendor • performance management etc • Analytical skills, good working knowledge on MS office
