What would you do? • The candidate should be willing to work under any shifts and possess strong knowledge of end-to-end AP helpdesk processing. The candidate should be able to manage client queries within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and communication skills. • Proficiency in SAP S, 4HANA, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities: • • Manage vendor and internal stakeholder helpdesk queries, including invoice and payment status inquiries and rejection-related issues. • • Monitor and manage query inflow to ensure timely resolution within the agreed TAT
