Lo stabilimento di Aprilia (LT) è specializzato nello sviluppo, produzione e confezionamento di capsule in gelatina molle (“softgel”) per il settore farmaceutico, nutrizionale e cosmetico, operando in un contesto industriale altamente tecnologico e internazionale.

Attività principali Area Pre-Encapsulation / Encapsulation

Titolo di studio preferenziale: Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o Chimica

Il/La tirocinante, in affiancamento al tutor e ai responsabili di area, sarà coinvolto/a in attività quali:

• Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, individuando nuove opportunità
• Supportare l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie
• Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen)
• Supportare i responsabili delle diverse aree nella standardizzazione dei processi, redigendo SOP e OPL
• Gestire il problem solving sui punti critici del processo
• Collaborare con il team di manutenzione per migliorare la disponibilità delle macchine e la qualità del prodotto

• Definizione e ottimizzazione di migliorie tecniche sulle macchine
• Standardizzazione delle soluzioni tecniche
• Supporto tecnico ai processi di encapsulation

Competenze richieste:

• Conoscenza base di CAD
• Interesse per processi produttivi e impianti industriali
