Job Summary

The Principal Trainer serves as a project facilitator and adult education expert. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining training curricula that assure the user's understanding of the software, support policies and procedures, and workflows. The Principal Trainer is responsible for Epic applications and other software applications, to support the education needs of the workforce. This position builds, tests, and maintains the Epic training environment. The Principal Trainer will provide guidance and mentoring for the credentialed trainers. This position will collaborate with application build team leadership as well as the training manager to assess workforce education/training needs, and develop effective strategies to meet these needs.
