Qualifications You Must Have

• 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• 2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents.
• Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications
• Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting.
• Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Accounts Payable (Case Management), Workplace Service Delivery and CMMS.
• Experience in Event Management, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Accounts Payable (Case Management), Workplace Service Delivery, CMMS and others as required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
• Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication.
  Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
  Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes. Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities. Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Desired Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CIS - ITSM and/or any other products - nice to have

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project

management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
