About the Role
Responsible for managing AIA's relationship with outsourcing vendors and ensuring that the outsourcing vendor's performance meets AIA's requirements• Evaluate and implement outsourcing options that align to the desired systems, processes and services of AIA
• Develop and administer contracts with outsourcing services in coordination with procurement and legal functions
• Analyse and report on outsourcing vendor performance
• May develop outsourcing policies, standards and procedures for a particular function or across functions
