We are seeking a Principal Product Owner to join our global SabreMosaic Order Management Systems team, where innovation knows no borders. This team drives modern airline retailing by delivering scalable order management capabilities for airlines and agencies worldwide. It connects distribution, servicing and transactional workflows to help travel providers deliver seamless customer experiences and adapt to market needs. As a Principal Product Owner, you will serve as the senior product leader for the SabreMosaic OMS portfolio, guiding strategic vision, investments and roadmaps across teams. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Commercial, Sales, Delivery and Customer Care to solve architectural and operational trade-offs while delivering measurable business value. This role requires strategic vision, customer focus, collaborative leadership and the ability to mentor product talent.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for the SabreMosaic OMS portfolio, aligning product direction with Sabre commercial and technology strategy.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, usage data and competitive intelligence into clear product direction that balances long-term innovation with platform modernization, technical debt reduction, compliance and operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary product authority for OMS capabilities, leading cross-functional alignment and resolving competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture throughout the product lifecycle to evaluate APIs, platform scalability and technical trade-offs for sustainable solutions.
• Provide day-to-day product guidance to scrum teams, participating in roadmap planning, product reviews, demonstrations, testing and acceptance of delivered functionality.
• Engage directly with airline customers, travel agencies, partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and deliver capabilities that meet business objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and people management support for Product Owners and Technical Product Owners to develop talent and drive organizational consistency.

What you'll bring

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise software, travel technology, airline technology, retailing platforms or order management systems.
• Proven success defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, investment recommendations and measurable outcomes from customer, market and technical inputs.
• Strong customer-facing experience working directly with clients, prospects, commercial organizations and delivery teams.
• Ability to balance customer commitments, platform maintenance, technical debt, compliance needs and strategic investments.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture to define capabilities and make technical trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, demonstrations and delivery acceptance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive storytelling, presentation and written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making with proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Aviation or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with airline distribution, reservations, servicing, NDC, Offers and Orders or airline retailing platforms.
• Experience with Order Management Systems, servicing platforms, workflow orchestration or transaction systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, event-driven architectures, microservices, cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with full-service carriers, low-cost carriers, travel agencies, TMCs or airline technology providers.
• Experience leading multi-product portfolios, value streams or supervising, mentoring and coaching Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
• Applied experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to improve product discovery, planning, communication or delivery effectiveness.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
