À propos de ce poste Principal, Global Campaign Operations chez Prosci
We are looking for a Principal to lead global campaign operations at Prosci. You will turn Marketing plans for our Individual and Enterprise audiences into consistent, well-built campaigns across regions.
You will own how campaigns are planned, built, tested and measured in HubSpot. You will direct a specialist partner team, and set the standards that let regional marketers move quickly while maintaining quality and governance.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be our senior Marketing-side expert in campaign operations and HubSpot, setting the operating model, standards and quality bar while directing specialist delivery support. You should be comfortable building and troubleshooting when needed, but your main job is making the whole campaign operation work well at scale.
Requirements
What you will do
- Partner with Individual, Enterprise and regional Marketing leaders to translate demand strategy into scalable campaign execution
- Own the end-to-end campaign process, from brief and plan to build, launch, QA and measurement, across email, nurture, webinars, events and landing pages
- Set global campaign standards, templates and processes that regional teams can use with confidence
- Act as the senior Marketing expert on how HubSpot is used for campaigns, including audiences, segmentation and automation
- Direct and quality-check the work of our specialist partner team
- Define campaign measurement requirements, and make sure every campaign has the right taxonomy, tracking and data structure so Marketing can understand what is working
- Own Marketing campaign activation across the website, including landing pages, forms, conversion paths and related content updates, working with Digital Experience on platform, development and broader website improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and standardize campaign operations, including appropriate use of AI
- Work with RevOps on lifecycle, routing and CRM data, and with reporting partners on what needs measuring
- Enable regional marketers to execute more independently, with clear standards, templates and guardrails
What you bring
- 7+ years in marketing operations, including campaigns across multiple regions or markets
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: workflows, lists, segmentation, email, landing pages and forms
- A working understanding of how HubSpot and Salesforce connect, and the judgment to know when a problem belongs with the CRM team
- Experience directing agency or partner teams and holding them to a clear quality standard
- A strong QA instinct: you catch the issue before it reaches a customer or a report
- Strong campaign measurement fluency, including tracking, UTMs, attribution concepts and the data foundations required for reliable analysis
- Clear writing, and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical colleagues
Nice to have
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with consent and privacy requirements across regions, including GDPR
- Experience supporting ABM or BDR-led motions
- Localization and multilingual campaign experience
- Practical use of AI tools to automate or speed up campaign work
How you will work with other teams
Revenue Systems owns shared CRM administration and governance. Digital Experience leads the website platform and technical roadmap. Reporting partners own routine reporting delivery. You will work closely with each of these teams to make campaigns effective, measurable and well run.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: learn the campaign estate, the partner model and regional needs, and see where QA currently catches problems
- By 60 days: run the campaign process end to end, and set the briefing and QA rhythm with the partner team
By 90 days: establish the initial global campaign standards, templates and operating rhythm, and agree campaign measurement requirements with Marketing leadership and reporting partners
Work Location: Remote within the US.
Compensation: $86,400 - $108,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
