As a Family Medicine Physician in Anchorage, Alaska, you'll practice in a value-based care environment where quality outcomes take priority over volume. With just 10-15 patients per day and 20-60 minute appointments, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, deliver whole-person care, and make a lasting impact on the health of your community.
You'll work alongside an embedded Whole Health Coach and multidisciplinary care team, supported by onsite lab and pharmacy services that help streamline care and improve the patient experience.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license and DEA (or eligible for Alaska licensure)
- 3+ years of primary care experience preferred

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
