We're seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Wasilla, Alaska. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a supportive environment where patient outcomes, care coordination, and provider satisfaction are priorities.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and manage medications
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Support quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
Qualifications
Required
Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain Alaska licensure
National Board Certification (FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or applicable certification)
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health
Experience managing chronic diseases in an outpatient setting
Passion for preventive medicine and patient engagement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation Range:
$108,466.00to
$162,698.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
