Centralized data, readily accessible support, and collaboration between the laboratory and ordering provider reduce the time to a patient’s diagnosis and treatment. 

This entry-level lab position is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the field. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and ready to be part of a collaborative team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to take direction are essential. 

A caregiver in this position works nights + on-call, 11:00pm—7:30am.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

• Retrieve, sort, track, verify receipt of and deliver specimens.  

• Comply with safety SOP & regulations. 

• Perform basic clerical and problem-solving functions.  

• Maintain appropriate documentation.  

• Communicate and document essential information. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

• High school diploma or GED 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

• Six months of patient care experience 

• EPIC experience
