Your Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Intelligent Technology & Infrastructure within AtkinsRéalis Transportation. Leading a practice of over 220 professionals, you will drive growth across digital, technology, asset management, and business transformation services while developing the capabilities needed to meet evolving client and market demands.

Working closely with market, client, and technical leaders, you will define strategy, expand service offerings, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing, future-ready team. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, operational excellence, and people development to deliver lasting value for our clients and business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership

• Define and deliver the growth strategy for Intelligent Technology & Infrastructure  aligned with Transportation business objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and translate client needs into innovative services and solutions.
• Collaborate across AtkinsRéalis to strengthen client relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
• Build future capability by developing the skills, expertise, and capacity required for sustainable growth.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

• Lead a high-performing practice of 220+ professionals, ensuring excellence in delivery, quality, safety, and risk management.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource deployment to meet current and future demand.
• Partner with Client and Market Directors to support strategic pursuits and deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive strong operational performance, productivity, and commercial outcomes.

People & Culture

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture where people can thrive.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the practice.
• Create opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Commitment to technical excellence, quality, safety, and effective risk management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent.
• Experience within digital, technology, asset management, business transformation, transportation, engineering, advisory, or professional services environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Security clearance
