Job Responsibilities

• Manages and supports business applications.
• Troubleshoots application issues and implements solutions.
• Coordinates application changes and releases.
• Maintains application documentation.
• Collaborates with vendors and development teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent; 2-4 years of relevant experience

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel to client or the organization locations may be required based on business needs.
• Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.
