A Role with Purpose and Impact

Dev Technology is supporting the operations, maintenance, modernization, and enhancement of mission-essential platform. The solution spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform Government, SharePoint, and custom application and integration components.

In this role, you will develop, integrate, deploy, monitor, and support Microsoft-based cloud solutions across production and non-production environments. The current technical landscape includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform Government, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure, along with custom applications and integration components. Azure services within the broader technical environment include Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Service Bus, Functions, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and related cloud services.

In this role, you will design, build, integrate, deploy, and support Power Platform applications and Azure-enabled solutions across production and non-production environments. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, cloud services, identity, integrations, and application support while operating within the security, lifecycle, and change-control requirements of a federal environment.

This role is designed for a hands-on developer who is comfortable moving between Power Platform development and Azure cloud integration, and who can troubleshoot issues spanning applications, APIs, identity, data, configuration, and cloud services.

Power Platform & Azure Application Delivery

This role blends Microsoft development with Azure engineering and integration. You will:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Build integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other ICE systems using APIs, connectors, messaging, and cloud services.
• Develop and support Azure-enabled application components using services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph API, and related Azure services.
• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure resources supporting production and non-production applications.
• Support CI/CD, source control, release management, configuration management, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting across the application ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cloud, M365, Dynamics, security, data, and application teams to maintain secure integration, availability, recoverability, and operational continuity.

You will remain close to implementation and production operations: developing and reviewing code, resolving infrastructure and integration issues, supporting backups and disaster-recovery validation, implementing approved patches, monitoring cloud consumption, and helping deliver secure, maintainable releases.

The Opportunity

This role offers broad exposure to a complex Microsoft cloud ecosystem supporting mission-critical legal and case-management operations. You will contribute to both Power Platform application modernization and Azure-based integration, including enhancements to the core application, additional integrations, APIs, identity, cloud services, releases, and ongoing technical support..

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Microsoft-based cloud applications, services, APIs, and integrations within the client environment.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Power Platform applications, workflows, cloud services, APIs, and integrations within the target environment.
• Develop intuitive, professional, and user-friendly interfaces for Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications and automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and other approved enterprise data sources.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Azure-based integration components using technologies such as Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID-based authentication, authorization, application registrations, managed identities, and secure application-to-application communication.
• Develop or support custom application components using .NET/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and other approved technologies when Power Platform capabilities alone are not sufficient.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure resources supporting application and integration workloads.
• Participate in CI/CD, source/configuration management, automated and manual testing, release management, deployment, and post-release troubleshooting.
• Use tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform deployment capabilities to support repeatable and controlled releases.
• Participate in unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues across Power Platform, Azure, APIs, identity, integrations, and data services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, knowledge articles, configuration documentation, and support materials.
• Provide Tier II/Tier III technical support, root-cause analysis, incident response, troubleshooting, and service restoration as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing business applications, cloud applications, integrations, workflow automation, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or other enterprise application data sources.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure application and integration services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph API, or comparable Azure PaaS capabilities.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and application identity concepts.
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable development technologies used to extend Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, deployment processes, testing, and production support.
• Experience diagnosing issues across applications, cloud services, integrations, identity, and data.
• Working knowledge of secure cloud-development practices, monitoring, logging, and change control.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal civilian or DHS systems and formal security authorization, lifecycle, and change-control processes.
• Experience with Power Platform Government, Dynamics 365 Government, Azure Government, or another regulated Microsoft cloud environment.
• Experience developing Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse-based applications, or Power Pages.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, SQL Server/SQL Server Analysis Services, Power BI, or related data services.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, or custom enterprise APIs.
• Experience supporting external-facing portals, secure document exchange, PII-sensitive systems, or high-volume enterprise applications.
• Experience with AngularJS, Vue.js, React, jQuery, Blazor, or other front-end technologies
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or related application monitoring and diagnostics capabilities.
• Familiarity with federal Section 508 accessibility, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, and system lifecycle requirements.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or current, comparable Power Platform/Azure credentials.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - 120,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
