We are looking for a highly motivated Post-production coordinator to work within the Production Management, Scripted team, supporting the Post-production and Production Executives. This role is to support and manage all Post-Production technical workflows from image capture, media management, QC and delivery for internal and external production partners end-to-end. In addition to supporting the wider Production team where needed.

What you’ll do
Day to day support of the Post-Production Executive in all technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and production partners to ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and fully delivered as per technical specifications.
Ownership and tracking of all post-production admin and data including management platforms, Silvermouse and Airtable and other relevant platforms or systems.
Ensure all technical specs are accurate, tracked and updated in all systems/files.
Management and communication to stakeholders of onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes and delivery deadlines.
Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO to enable external Production Partners to share screeners.
Media management and internal distribution of online media asset pre-TX.
Technical support for Marcomms and partners across premieres, screeners and creation of DCP’s.
Ad hoc support to wider Production team.
What you'll bring
At least 1 year’s experience in a professional post environment.
Good knowledge and understanding of all up-to-date broadcast workflows and production technology and processes including emerging tech such as AI.
General understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.
Desirable skills and experience:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, effectively managing multiple priorities, complex tasks and competing deadlines.
Clear, concise, accurate and timely reporting and tracking.
Proactively identify challenges and advocate strategic solutions
Able to build confidence and trust with stakeholders.
