Platform Consultant / Management Consultant

The Role

We are expanding our Wealth & Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Platform Consultants to support growing client demand across strategic platform transformation programmes. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River and other front-to-back investment, wealth and banking solutions.

You will play a key role in helping clients maximise the value of their platform investments, delivering complex business and technology change initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

As AI continues to reshape financial services, you'll be expected to embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, accelerate analysis, improve delivery quality and support better client outcomes, while always applying human judgement and responsible AI practices. You'll also help clients identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities into future platform strategies and operating models where appropriate, supporting innovation while maintaining robust governance and oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Support the delivery of platform implementation, integration, upgrade and transformation programmes across wealth, asset management and banking clients, using approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Work with business and technology teams to optimise workflows, operating models and platform capabilities, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, using AI to accelerate analysis, documentation and insight generation while maintaining appropriate human review.
• Support data migration, system integration, testing and deployment activities across complex technology landscapes, leveraging AI-enabled automation where appropriate to improve consistency and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and project leadership, supporting the responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions across client engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with at least one major financial services platform such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting platform implementation, configuration, integration, migration or optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, investment management or core banking processes.
• Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders within change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity for adopting AI-enabled ways of working to improve productivity, quality and client outcomes while applying responsible AI principles.

Bonus Points For

• Experience across multiple platforms including Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, SimCorp, FNZ or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of OMS, IBOR/ABOR, portfolio management, risk management, compliance or core banking functions.
• Technical skills including SQL, APIs, Python, data analysis or cloud technologies.
• Experience within consulting, client-facing delivery or advisory environments.
• Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives or embedding AI capabilities (including Generative AI, Agentic AI or intelligent automation) into platform transformation or technology delivery programmes.
