Responsible for the reporting and analysis of web-store metrics, the brand-level planning and forecasting for the fiscal year, and the assortment performance analysis, including item forecasting and inventory management.1. Develop top-down banner level plans and forecasts for sales and margin at the day, week, month and annual level. Present plans and forecasts to management team. Facilitate reporting to track performance against expectations.

2. Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities for sales and margin and recommend solutions and alternatives to management. Complete ad hoc/deep dive assignments and proactively seek opportunities to conduct analysis that will drive bottom line results for the company.

3. Drive promotional cadence for the banner. Analyze the performance of sitewide events, external marketing campaign strategies, and promotional tests. Make recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of the promotional calendar to drive traffic across all customer channels and site touchpoints. Review promotional collateral to ensure correct merchandise specifications and legal requirements.

4. Partner with Connected Commerce, Marketing, Store Operations, Merchandising and MPI on discounting protocol as it relates to promotions and specific merchandise discounts.

5. Partner with Finance for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management meetings and presentations.
