Location:   Beihai, Guangxi

Education: College degree or above in supply chain management, logistics management, chemical material engineering or related major.

Experience:  

• More than 2 years of supply chain planning, production planning experience, candidates with planning experience of chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Outstanding fresh graduates with excellent academic performance, with a foundation in supply chain or production management projects experience is preferred.

Skills :

• Familiar with computer Microsoft office software, strong data handling abilities, experience in using SAP/ERP systems is preferred, fresh graduates need to have strong data analysis and handling skills.
• Knowledge of S&OP, forecast demand, planning, logistics, inventory management.
• Knowledge of chemicals BOM, production process, production loss, batch management, DG chemical storage and transportation is preferred.
• Strong data sensitivity, cross function cooperation, conflict coordination and emergency response abilities.
• Clear logical thinking, strong stress resistance, good overall planning ability, able to cope with sudden problems such as order changes, raw material shortages, etc.

• Competency :
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, honest, with cost and risk awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork spirit, work independently and solve problem ability.
• Fresh graduates need to have strong learning ability, proactive thinking.

• Authority
• The owner of developing production planning, MRP, logistics planning.
• Improvement suggestions for production capacity, material supply, inventory, process, etc.
• Cross departmental meetings, order delivery review and coordinate other planning problems.
