Are you ready to join a private practice that genuinely values you, your skills, your ideas, and your growth?

We’re on the hunt for a friendly, motivated Physiotherapist to join a tight-knit clinic in Brisbane’s south. Whether you’re an experienced physio or just getting started, this could be the fresh start you’ve been looking for.

Here’s what makes this role different:

✅ You’ll be supported not micromanaged
✅ Your learning matters (mentoring, CPD, career pathways)
✅ You’ll work with a team that actually likes coming to work
✅ You’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload and interests
✅ You’ll enjoy a positive, relaxed environment and a laugh or two!

What’s the clinic like?

This is a well-established, community-focused private practice with a strong referral base and a great reputation for care. The team is down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about helping people move and feel better. You’ll treat a mix of MSK, sports injuries, rehab, and everything in between with access to a well-equipped rehab space and private consult rooms.

What’s on the table:

• Full-time or part-time option
• Competitive salary + performance bonuses
• Ongoing mentoring from experienced clinicians
• CPD support and regular in-house PD sessions
• Flexibility with your hours and schedule
• Friendly admin support so you can focus on being a physio

Who we’re looking for:

• A qualified and AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
• Someone who connects well with people
• Open to learning, growing, and being part of a team
• Experience is great but attitude matters more
