HSHS Medical Group is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine physician to join an established and very busy practice.

-Work in a spacious clinic based on the campus of HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, Illinois
-Located just 3 hours from Chicago and an hour from Champaign (home of the University of Illinois)
-Clinic hours Monday through Friday, with the potential to do 4-day workweeks.
-EPIC EMR
-Thriving practice with 5 providers, ample space for growth

Good Shepherd Hospital is a 30-bed facility that provides emergency care, laboratory, and imaging services in the Shelbyville community 24/7.

The hospital features an advanced surgery department, inpatient care, rehabilitative therapy, and a wide variety of outpatient services.

Pay range: $320,106-$390,656 (inclusive of family and internal med, based on experience)

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
