What You'll Do
As our Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, confidence, independence, and quality of life by:
- Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educating patients and families on treatment goals and progress
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
- Encouraging, motivating, and empowering patients throughout their recovery journey
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California
- Passionate about patient care and outcomes
- A strong communicator and team player
- Flexible, dependable, and self-motivated
- Able to build meaningful connections with patients and families
- Experienced in post-acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar settings (preferred)
