What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maximize their mobility, independence, and overall well-being by:
- Evaluating residents' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members
- Educating residents and families on treatment goals and progress
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Promoting the highest standards of patient care and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
