• MUSC Health Marion Medical Center is a 40‑bed acute care hospital that includes a swing bed unit, a medical detox unit, and an intermediate care unit. The hospital also offers dialysis capabilities and a full range of inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and emergency services. Marion Medical Center is surveyed by DNV. The hospital facility shares space with a 92‑bed long‑term care nursing facility. • MUSC Health Black River Medical Center supports a patient-and family-centered approach to care. Family members are not considered visitors to a loved one who is hospitalized. They are key participants in support, decision-making, and care.
