Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado

Rate: $55-$60/hour

* $10,000 bonus paid: $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months, $2,500 after 18 months & $2,500 after 24 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive each bonus amount
