Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Personal Support Assistant (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, develop life skills, and participate in their communities.
No experience required. Paid training provided.
What You'll Do
- Support clients one-on-one in the home and community
- Assist with life skills, social activities, and personal goals
- Encourage independence through activities such as shopping, budgeting, exercise, and community outings
- Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, inclusion, and safety

Qualifications
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for community outings
- Compassion, patience, and dependability
