Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass (heart-lung) equipment during surgical procedures
- Monitor and maintain patient physiological status (blood flow, oxygenation, anticoagulation, temperature)
- Partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support ECMO and other circulatory support systems as needed
- Participate in patient care planning and intraoperative decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
