We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital acquisition and growth initiatives for a fast-paced Quick Commerce environment. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign optimisation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable acquisition strategies, managing significant digital advertising budgets, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with customer acquisition, revenue, and growth objectives.
- Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including planning, setup, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
- Manage and optimise paid search, display, social, video, retargeting, and other relevant digital campaigns.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets while maximising ROAS, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behaviour, demographics, location, intent, and purchase patterns.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, LTV, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Conduct structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, messaging, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and continuously improve high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for improved acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve customer conversion and repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, CRM, and Business teams to improve the overall customer acquisition funnel.
- Track campaign performance by geography, audience, product category, customer segment, and other relevant dimensions.
- Build regular performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly.
- Stay updated on changes to Google Ads, Meta Ads, digital advertising platforms, attribution, and performance marketing practices.
- Evaluate emerging advertising channels and technologies relevant to Quick Commerce and consumer businesses.
- Develop scalable acquisition frameworks and processes that can support rapid business expansion.
- Ensure effective tracking, attribution, campaign tagging, and measurement across digital channels.
- Manage external agencies or marketing partners where required and ensure performance against agreed objectives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting, bidding, and budget management.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce, Ecommerce, D2C, consumer internet, marketplace, or high-frequency transaction businesses.
- Deep understanding of the digital acquisition funnel from awareness and consideration through conversion and repeat purchase.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, LTV, and retention.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking, attribution platforms, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, experimentation, and conversion optimisation.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritise campaigns, and optimise spend based on performance.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and the relationship between ad creative, audience, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable growth and efficient customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and aggressive growth objectives.
- Highly data-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to remain hands-on with campaign execution and optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
