Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the success of client "open days," ensuring events are fully booked while maintaining efficient acquisition costs. You won't just be pushing buttons in an ad manager; you will act as a strategic partner, constantly analyzing local competition, testing creative boundaries, and optimizing the entire funnel from click to conversion. This is an opportunity for a proactive professional to join a tight-knit team where ownership is valued and your impact is visible every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to ensure client open days are consistently at full capacity.
• Maintain and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed-upon target ranges.
• Monitor and improve the Lead-to-Booking rate through constant funnel analysis.
• Conduct ongoing competitive research to ensure our clients remain leaders in their local markets.
• Develop and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
• Continuously evolve and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversion performance.
• Provide detailed monthly reporting, documenting all meaningful optimizations and strategic shifts.
• Utilize Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure data accuracy and attribution.

Requirements

• Business Maturity: A high level of professional ownership, clear communication, and the accountability to learn from mistakes and pivot quickly.
• Creative Strategy: Proven experience developing creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets.
• Agency Experience: A solid understanding of the agency ecosystem and the ability to thrive within a small, collaborative team.
• Performance Mindset: Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms and a track record of hitting specific conversion targets.
• Timezone: Ability to work standard UK business hours.
• Technical Versatility: A broader understanding of digital marketing to support a small, agile team across various functions.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM) and Basecamp (Project Management).
• AI & Automation: Experience implementing AI tools intelligently and building automations to increase efficiency.
