We are searching for energetic team members to join our seasonal activation called Perch Putt. Perch Putt is a beautiful 18-hole miniature golf course with two unique food truck concepts and a tiki bar on the 11th floor of The Watermark Hotel and concessions at Capital One Park in Tysons, VA.

Our Attendants must have a passion for warm hospitality and great service, a flair for creating memorable experiences and most of all they must HAVE FUN! Show up with your great personality, drive and desire to create good times. You will work alongside a great team of fun experience professionals.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F. Saul Company & Affiliates total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
