What you need to know about this position:

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement events
• Manage project timelines, task lists, and status updates
• Manage recruitment for early careers (CV screening, interview arrangements)
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders Create and distribute internal communication materials
• Maintain proper documentation for project activities and vendor

Education / Certifications:

Job specific requirements:

• Final year with minimum classes to attend from Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related major
• Strong will to learn in HR, particularly Talent Acquisition and project management
• E2E Project Management (Planning, Budgeting, Executing, Reporting & Evaluating) skill required
• Good interpersonal skills (clear & concise when delivering message to business partners)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva
• Simple creative or video editing knowledge is a plus Strong in organizational experiences
• Committed to complete 3 months of internship
• Willing to work in WFO setting
