Job Description

The People Business Partner (PBP) plays an important role in shaping Belkin’s growth and transformation by providing guidance and counsel on human capital issues to the management team. The PBP provides leadership and consultation to influence their respective groups to operate in alignment with the Company’s vision, strategy, values and culture while supporting the improvement of organizational performance. The Business Partner will be looked to for strategic business consultation, requiring independent judgment and decisiveness, and the ability to analyze and synthesize data in order to provide solutions that get business results.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to identify people-related issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement workforce strategies that improve business results.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, change management, talent and retention, performance management, rewards and recognition, and employee relations. Coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, resolve employee issues, and support effective decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data and trends, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and maintain current knowledge of the business, client groups, and industry.
• Implement company-wide People Team programs, including talent development, workforce planning, performance management, role alignment, and culture initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on bonus plan alignment, metrics, analysis, and payments.
• Lead or participate in global People Team projects.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition intake and workforce planning through offer acceptance, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop job descriptions and selection criteria, and align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Source and assess active and passive candidates, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate structured and equitable interviews, collect feedback, facilitate timely decisions, and support offer preparation and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, ensure legal and policy compliance, deliver a professional candidate experience, and monitor recruiting metrics to improve results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2–5 years of Human Resources Generalist or Talent Acquisition Partner experience
• Knowledge of employment law and core HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose organizational and business issues, develop practical HR solutions, and lead change-management strategies that support a positive corporate culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leaders, build credibility and trust, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen and a passion for HR as a key driver of business results
• Experience in a progressive business environment with a global focus.
• Supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Proven ability to facilitate large groups effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Range for this position:

$75,000 - $90,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
