Pensions Administrator
Office Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Salary: From £28,500 depending on experience
Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week
Flexible and hybrid working options available.

 What you will do

• Administer pension benefits and member events across DB and DC schemes.
• Calculate benefits and prepare member communications accurately and on time.
• Respond to member and employee queries by phone, email and post.
• Maintain accurate records and update pension administration systems.
• Manage sensitive cases, including retirement and bereavement benefits.
• Ensure compliance with pension regulations and internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement activities and team projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance targets.

 What you will bring

• Previous experience in pensions administration.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• CPC qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, is desirable.
