As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items. Requirements

• Prior experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or resort is required.
• Strong knowledge and skills in pastry and bakery production, including a variety of desserts, bread, and confections.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate the pastry team.
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
