The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Partnership opportunity at Medivet Barnes.

Location

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a vet who is passionate about leading their own local practice while benefiting from the support, expertise, and resources of the wider Medivet network. This means you can focus on what matters most: your patients, your team, and delivering exceptional clinical care.

You'll be someone who genuinely cares about the difference you make and is excited by the opportunity to build a thriving practice.

You'll be:

• Passionate about delivering outstanding, compassionate veterinary care.
• Committed to creating exceptional experiences for pets and their owners.
• Excited by the prospect of building something of your own—whether independently or in partnership with a colleague or friend.
• Motivated to develop and grow a successful, sustainable practice.
• Eager to inspire, support, and develop a high-performing team.

Previous leadership experience is not essential. What matters most is your ambition, mindset, and desire to make a difference. We'll provide the training, development, and ongoing support to help you become the leader you aspire to be.

Build Your Future with Medivet
