Job Responsibilities

• Partnership Office & Executive Assistant Intern
  Syneos Health España | Spain | 6- Month Internship (ext. 12 months)
  Join our team for a 12-month internship offering hands-on exposure to strategic account management, business analytics, and executive support within a global life sciences organization — working across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
  What You'll Do
  Partnership Office Analyst
  •
  Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes for partnership management, including operating manuals, governance charters, presentations, and reports.
  •
  Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across strategic accounts.
  •
  Coordinate governance meetings: agendas, logistics, minutes, and action tracking.
  •
  Conduct research and analysis to generate insights for client solutions, account planning, and proposals.
  •
  Support customer and partnership surveys, account reviews, and strategic planning materials.
  Executive Assistant Support
  •
  Manage calendar, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leadership.
  •
  Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
  •
  Help organize industry conferences, executive meetings, SyncUp events, and client-facing activities.
  Administrative & Operational Support
  •
  Track budgets and monitor expenses.
  •
  Organize business documents, presentations, and records.
  •
  Support executive presentations, reports, and business communications.
  •
  Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
   
• Market Analysis & Client Support
  •
  Gather market intelligence and industry insights relevant to strategic accounts.
  •
  Conduct competitive analyses and prepare summary reports.
  •
  Contribute to client-facing materials, proposals, and strategic presentations.
  What We're Looking For
  •
  Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or International Business.
  •
  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Italian a plus).
  •
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
  •
  Curiosity about the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and comfort working across international teams.
