As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible to support entire Business Development Team for generating demand and drive revenue with existing and prospect
customers.
This position is based in Ataşehir, Istanbul, with an expectation to work from the Videojet Turkey
office for three days per week.
In this role, you will:
Engage with existing and prospective customers through phone, email and other digital communication channels.
Receive customer inquiries and ensure timely coordination with the appropriate sales representatives.
Support the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.
Maintain accurate customer records by entering and updating information in CRM and other business systems.
Provide operational support to the Inside Sales team to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Assist with the invoicing process for supply orders and related administrative activities.
Track customer orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
The essential requirements of the role include:
Currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's degree program, with an expected graduation date of Summer 2027.
A strong interest in developing a career in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, telemarketing, or a call center environment is an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
