Part Time Infant Caregiver– Las Vegas, NV

A welcoming family in Las Vegas (89102) is seeking a supportive, engaging part-time caregiver for their infant son in their cat-friendly, smoke-free home. The ideal caregiver will bring warmth and structure to daily care, assist with developmental activities, and support the family's goal of raising their son in a bilingual environment. This family has a vaccination policy in place, which will be discussed directly with the candidate.

Schedule:

• Days needed: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Hours: Flexible afternoon and/or evening hours (schedule currently evolving)

Family Specifications:

• Single-child household with an infant son
• One cat in the home
• Interests include reading and early language immersion
• Smoke-free home environment

Responsibilities:

• Infant care duties, including diaper changes and potty training progression as he grows
• Personal care support (bathing, dressing, and hygiene)
• Meal planning, food preparation, and feeding
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities, reading, and Spanish language exposure

Requirements:

• Proven experience in infant care and early childhood development
• Experience with feeding, diapering, and personal care routines for infants

Preferred:

• Fluent or conversational Spanish speaker (to support bilingual language development)

Compensation:

• $20–$25 per hour
