POSITION SUMMARY:

The Part-Time Assistant, Accounts Payable is responsible for accurate checking of PO invoices and statements for payment. Duties also include filing and office administration.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the accounts payable function including the reconciliation of supplier statements to purchase orders

• Updating data into system or Log sheets

• Checking and matching vessels of invoices to purchase orders

• Administration support including filing/copying work and to run errand

• Any other duties as required by Management

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Service standards are consistent with departmental expectations

• Ensure a complete understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies of the Company.

• Data is processed accurately and on a timely basis, including: invoices processing, filing, etc

• Maintain good relationships with team members, customers and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Working experience is an advantage

• Computer knowledge is essential

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Education

• Post secondary education or above
