Your Day to day 

As a Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be working on

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other platforms, driving qualified demand for our IT products.
• Lead affiliate strategy and operations, including partner recruitment, commission structures, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Manage budgets and pacing across both channels, adjusting as performance shifts to maximize ROI, CAC, pipeline, and revenue.
• Run an experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate, incrementality, creative, and landing page tests) and share learnings through playbooks.
• Partner with creative, web, product marketing, marketing operations, and analytics to improve messaging, conversion paths, lead quality, and attribution.
• Monitor traffic quality, partner compliance, and brand safety, and address issues promptly.
• Report on efficiency, pipeline, and revenue, turning data into clear recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and advertising policies (GDPR, CCPA, consent management).

What We’re Looking For 

As a Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, your background will look like 

• 3+ years managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, or similar platforms, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated results driving pipeline or revenue growth while improving efficiency (CAC, ROAS, cost per qualified lead).
• Experience managing budgets and pacing against pipeline, revenue, or ROAS goals.
• Fluency in English and the ability to present results clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Experience running structured A/B and multivariate tests and turning results into next steps.
• Analytical skills with Excel or similar tools, GA4, and a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of pixels, UTMs, tag management, and CRM or marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
• Initiative, accountability, and a collaborative approach in an evolving environment.
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write in a professional environment
• Nice to have: experience with affiliate programs or networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten), influencer or creator partnerships, or marketing B2B, IT, SaaS, or remote support solutions.
