The Packaging Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, implementing, and continuously improving packaging solutions for raw materials, components, work-in-process items, and finished products. The role ensures that products are protected throughout handling, storage, production, and transportation while meeting customer, quality, safety, environmental, and cost requirements.

The Packaging Engineer works cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Customers to deliver packaging solutions that are robust, efficient, sustainable, and suitable for mass production.
