Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of these solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based application development.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of technical strategies with organizational goals.
- DevOps with Azure
- Fluent in React, or Java, or Python.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of software release management and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- the candidate is required to work out of the client office in kharadi ,pune for 3 days per week
- A 15 years full time education is required.
