In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize software configurations and integration processes to enhance overall system efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance to proactively address potential issues and ensure reliability.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and vendor requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to streamline quality assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to design and implement automated test cases that cover functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and debugging techniques to support test automation.
- Knowledge of integration testing and system validation in complex software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
