At P&G Urlați, you won’t just observe how engineers work. You’ll experience it yourself.

The internship will take place during Summer 2027, from July 1 to October 1.

Your P&G Internship will be a high-impact experience where you will:

• Take ownership of a real project: Work on an actual manufacturing or business challenge, with real responsibilities from Day 1.
• Put engineering into practice: Apply your university knowledge to analyze problems, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Build technical capabilities: Gain hands-on exposure to P&G technologies, manufacturing processes and problem-solving methodologies.
• Explore different areas of engineering: Depending on your project, you may work in areas such as Automation & Digitalization, Manufacturing & Production, Process Engineering & Optimization, Packing Technologies, Engineering & Equipment or Warehouse & Supply Operations.
• Make a real impact: Contribute to solutions designed to improve processes, efficiency and business results.
• Learn from experienced professionals: Work closely with engineers and multifunctional teams while receiving continuous coaching, feedback and mentoring.
• Build skills beyond engineering: Develop your collaboration, communication, problem-solving and leadership capabilities by taking ownership and working with diverse teams.
• Explore your future at P&G: Experience what an engineering career in a real manufacturing environment can look like and, following a successful internship, have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role after graduation.

Job Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Currently a 3rd-year or 4th-year Engineering student, or a recent Engineering graduate.
• We welcome candidates from all Engineering specializations and universities. Whether your background is Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Chemical, Energy, or another Engineering field, we encourage you to apply.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for the full 3-month internship period, from July 1 to October 1, 2027.
• No previous work experience is required. Experience gained through university projects, student organizations, volunteering, previous internships, or other extracurricular activities is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity to understand how things work and identify practical solutions.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with different teams and functions.
• Ability to take ownership, learn quickly, and turn ideas into action.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
